We kindly note that we uphold a cancellation policy that we trust you will comprehend and acknowledge.
The policy is outlined as follows: You have the liberty to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. However, a 50% deposit is required upon booking, which will be non-refundable. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notification will result in the full payment being charged.
You have the option to modify your appointment online or by contacting the salon before the 48-hour window. We ask that if you wish to cancel your appointment and you require a refund, you call the salon. If the appointment is cancelled online, we won't be able to issue the refund as the appointment will be removed from the system.
